A growing national retailer with over 300 stores in the United States and Canada, the company sells furniture and home decor products.

Mercantile Center provides Bombay the room it needs now for a distribution center with ample opportunity for expansion -- a seven acre site with over three acres under roof.

This build-to-suit project was tailored specifically to Bombay's requirements and is currently being leased to them by Mercantile Center.
